Payment

Our delivery policy Mail Order takes on average between 3 - 5 working days, which is delivered around UK by Royal Mail 2ND CLASS (But being Royal Mail can take longer). Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets aims to deliver to Western Europe 3 days after posting and to Eastern Europe 4 days after posting. 

Due to a sharp increase in Royal Mail postage prices and to try keeping your cost down, we are now using second class postage for letters up to 100g. If your order is heavier than 100g (more than 3 items), we will divide your order and charge postage and packing at £1.50 for each letter sent within the UK, and at £3.50 for each letter sent to other countries within Europe (coming soon).

Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery (UK only) is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm next working day and will be charged at £6.50 for each letter sent (coming soon).

Any order being processed will be dispatched as soon as possible. But please allow up to 28 days for delivery (particularly during school holidays).

Our refund, replacement and cancellation terms You will get a refund or replacement for a product ordered if - we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong item, - the item is defective, - the item is the wrong size. You will need to phone to arrange for refund or replacement, and send the unwanted item back, in its original packaging, within 10 days. You will find the address under "Contact us".

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, you can do so by phone, up to seven days after you received your order.

Discounts : We are offering discounts to retailers on purchases of 25 items and above. For more informations, please use the "Contact us" form.

The currency of transaction accepted : We are only trading UK Sterling.

Export restriction : We are only trading in the UK as our on-line shop is new. This may change if the strong demand for our products encourages us in going international.
