How do I place an order?

Sorry this is for UK residents as we are only able to deliver to UK addresses.

  1. Just select the items you want
  2. To enter the quantity of items, simply change the number in the quantity box then...
  3. Make sure to click the "Buy now" button in the bottom left hand corner of that page. You can repeat these 3 steps for as many items as you need, they will automatically be added to your shopping bag.
  4. When you are done shopping, simply click the "Checkout" button on the bottom right corner of the page
  5. The Billing Information must match the address your Charge Card bill is sent to, so...
  6. If the address is different from the Delivery address, please change it when you get to the "Payment Information" page
  7. On the SagePay Payment Page, the most common error is an Incorrect Expiration Date for your Charge Card
  8. On the order confirmation page, Please double check all of the information and scroll down to Click "Confirm Order"
  9. You will then receive an email with the order number, order and total
  1. "Welcome to Hold Them Up" when you set up an account
  2. An Order Confirmation email with the order number and totals
  3. A Dispatch Email when the order is processed and dispatched

How do you adjust the belts?  With a slide system similar to the one you use on braces.

Does the stretch belt really work? Yes, the stretch belt fits properly and the children can slide their trousers down easily without worrying about a buckle they can't undo. Therefore, less accidents, less frustration.

Are the belts and braces washable? We recommend spot cleaning as the hardware is after all metal. If left against damp elastic you do run the risk of rusting.
